This Website Member and Visitor Clarification Text (Text) has been prepared to enlighten and inform Members registered on www.imprimeperfume.com (the Site) operated and managed by the data controller BOĞAZİÇİ TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTS AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (the Company), and Visitors accessing the Site (together referred to as Users), about the terms and conditions regarding the use of data obtained and/or to be obtained from Users in any way within the scope of services provided through the Site, and the methods of data processing.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

5. Rights of the Data Subject

If you submit your requests through the specified methods, the Company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the Company will charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners;

c) To learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
e) To request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
g) To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
h) To object to the emergence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) To demand compensation for damages if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise your rights as a personal data owner, as stated above, your application must clearly and understandably explain the matter you are requesting, the subject of your request must concern you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority. The application must include identity and address information and documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.

The Company may make changes to this Text at any time. These changes shall become effective immediately upon the publication of the revised text. You will be duly informed of any changes to this Text.
